Fresh ingredients cooked in a hygenic kitchen is the first and foremost step in ensuring the health quotient in a food. At Soul Care, all our meals and snacks are cooked and packed in our own 2000 sq.ft. facility at Chembur.
Our Director and CEO, Mrs. Agarwal, is a food technologist herself and a certified auditor of HACCP and ISO 22:000. Our self-designed facility is designed and managed in a way such that your food are cooked, stored and packed in the most hygenic conditions. While designing our facility, availability of large space was given preference which minimises the chance of any kind of cross-contaminations. We also have separate processing and packaging sections for the veg and non-veg foods. Above all, our kitchen and packaging sections are cleaned and disinfected time to time in a day to ensure overall cleanliness. Also we have annual contract for pest control in our facility.
Mrs. Agarwal along with a dedicated and highly experienced team of chefs and support staff take charge of day-to-day menu planning, cooking, packaging and finally dispatching the food. All our staffs mandatorily dress up in clean and designated uniforms along with head caps and gloves and are specially careful in maintaing the personal hygiene. Our foods are packed in food-graded disposable container to ensure its freshness till getting consumed.
