How does it Work?

  • Select your meal plan and submit your details to us.
  • You can mail the details at sales@soulcare.in OR info@soulcare.in along with your Name, Contact number and Delivery address (along with appropriate landmarks) Or can dictate the details to us over phone.
  • Area confirmation would be done by Soul Care within 4 working days after submitting the address to Soul Care.
  • Soul Care Hospitality & Wellness Pvt Ltd is in tie with Mumbai dabbwala for delivery. (Upon confirmation of delivery area from Soul Care, service shall be rendered.)
  • Make advance payment and enjoy your sumptuous meals.

Terms & Conditions of Soul Care

  • Offer is valid for Lunch only.
  • 22 Meal subscription have a validity of 60 days, which gives you flexibility of cancellations as per your convenience.
  • 10 Meal Charge subscription have validity of 30 Working days, which gives you flexibility of cancellations as per your convenience.
  • All cancellations should be communicated a day prior on phone/mail before 4pm. (Office timings: Mon - Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.)
  • 1 Monthly subscription includes 22 meals and 10 Tiffin subscription includes 10 tiffins, which can be serviced from Monday – Friday Or Monday – Saturday, as per your working cycle.
  • 10 Day Tiffin Trial can be started on 1st or 15th of the Month, only then corresponding delivery charges would be Rs.250/ or Half monthly payment. In case Customer wishes to start the services from any arbitrary date, then full month delivery payment shall be applicable.
  • Any communication regarding Soul Care's order/complaints/changes/ Cancellations etc. if any nneds to be done through customer care only and no correspondences or verbal communication to dabbawala or any other agent shall not be valid.
  • In case of any non-payment or default, Soul Care reserves the right of cancelling/holding the tiffin.
  • Any dispute regarding dabbawala’s payment, delivery etc needs to be sorted between customer and third party only. Soul Care shall not be responsible for any altercation thereof.
  • Under the force majeure clause & unavoidable circumstances such as riots, strikes, Dabbawalas going on annual leave etc; it may not be possible to deliver the tiffin meals. However, we will try to inform you in advance, if possible. Tiffin shall be carry forwarded to the next working date with prior intimation.

How does it work with Dabbawalas?

  • Dabbawala delivery charges are applicable @ Rs. 500/- per month or as per the delivery areas, which needs to be paid in cash in advance to the respective dabbawala, against which a receipt is obtainable.
  • Dabbalwala delivery charges shall be applicable as per the tenure of service, i.e. if 22 meals are consumed over 1 month, then delivery charges applicable would be Rs. 500/- and if 22 meals are consumed over 2 months, then total delivery charges would be Rs. 1000/-
  • For 10 Tiffin subscription, half month payment is applicable only if tiffins are started on either 1st or 15th of month.
  • In case of 10 Tiffin subscription if tenure of the service exceeds the 15 days period OR if tiffin is started from any arbitrary date of the month, then full month delivery charges shall be applicable.
  • Delivery shall be rendered in only those areas, which are serviced by Mumbai Dabbawalas
  • No Service areas:
    • Western Line: Beyond Andheri
    • Central Line: Beyond Vikhroli
    • Harbour Line: Beyond Chembur
  • For any delivery information / management, we advise you to take contact numbers of dabbawala on first day of delivery itself.
  • Please note, that Soul Care shall only be able to provide information of the dispatch of your tiffin for the given day. Any further information will have to co-ordinate with dabbawala only.
